- Description
The Life M3P project – Material Match Making Platform for promoting the use of industrial waste in local networks is focused on Circular Economy and Industrial Symbiosis and it aims to develop an industrial waste valorization system, based on the characterization and classification of their properties, using an on-line platform dedicated to combining materials and waste.
The study of a model of local collaboration on materials will allow companies to act consciously as “geographical area” and it will provide to small and medium sized companies useful operational tools for the materials efficiency.
The Life M3P project will also promote the research for new applications of waste, based on creative features and serve as a communication tool to product managers, process engineers, designers, looking for innovative solutions or replacements for their products.
The platform envisages the use of open data and the introduction of semi-automatic analyzes through the use of matching mechanisms based on smart-tags and semantic analysis.
The databases that will be used in the process will range from waste to technology and patents, enabling research and interaction from a variety of topics, not just related to refusal.
Though a customizable interface own environment of working can be defined by each user. Search systems can be used to find any matching by waste or technology, but also to find project proposal, collaboration opportunities, technology review, contact opportunities by industrial sector or geographical industrial area, etc..
Life M3P platform will be the place where matching between materials, not only from waste, is the 4.0 tool for “have and offer” companies.
The Internet is a prime medium for information exchange where the M3P Project needs to actively communicate to its target audiences as defined in the M3P Communication strategy.
Your personal data will be collected and further processed for the purposes detailed hereafter under point 2. This processing of personnel data is under the responsibility of Centrocot (Centro Tessile Cotoniero ed Abbigliamento S.p.A.) as Leader partner of the project.
As this processing collects and further processes personal data, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), is applicable.
- What personal information do we collect, what is the legal basis, for what purpose and through which technical means?
Identification Data:
The personal data collected and further processed are: company name, First name, Last name, Title, Function, work email address, work mail address, work phone number, work fax number, personal or group picture, signature.
Legal Basis of processing:
The processing operations on personal data on M3P platform web sites are necessary for the performance and the support of the tasks carried out by M3P project (LIFE15 ENV_IT_000697 Material Match Making Platform for promoting the use of industrial waste in local networks).
These processing operations are also necessary for the implementation of future detailed contact about matching procedures and/or new project by partners.
Purpose of processing:
Use of personal data on web sites for the purpose of providing contact details in relation with M3P activities.
Technical Information:
The data collection and processing is done using the directive of GDPR redarding IT standards and telecommunication infrastructure. M3P Platform is based on open source system and is maintained in Europe located server.
- Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?
Your information being published on M3P Platform, it can be accessed by any person in the world using the Internet or subscribing to Internet notification services. The possibility to update or erase your personal data is only granted through User_Id / Password granted to you and to partners and administrator of M3P Platform. In case, one decide to delete all own data , as granted by General Data Protection Regulation, administrator of M3P platform is responsible for erasing of all backups and stored data
- How do we protect and safeguard your information?
The collected personal data is stored on servers located in Europe and fulfill technical specification regarding security and safeguard of personal data according to GDPR requests
- How can you verify, modify or delete your information?
In case you want to verify which personal data are stored on your behalf by the responsible controller, have it modified, corrected, deleted or blocked, please write an e-mail message to the functional mailbox address mentioned hereafter under “Contact Information”, explicitly specifying your request.
- How long do we keep your data?
Data are stored for as long as the data subject carries out the related function, for a maximum duration of 10 years starting from filling the authorization form. For retention after that period, a renewed declaration of consent from the data subject is required.
